Agreement governing the use of Vipralok Service Discovery, Business Directory & Media Moderation Platform
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or publishing business content on the Vipralok platform (including our website, service APIs, provider portal, and administrative interfaces), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease accessing the platform.
2. Mandatory Moderation & Pre-Publish Review Policy
To enforce regulatory safety standards across all operating jurisdictions (US, EU, China, India):
- Provider Profile Submissions: Any updates to business names, logos, cover images, descriptions, or public phone numbers are subject to automated safety filtering and administrative moderation review. Profiles will remain in a pending state until approved.
- Gallery Media Content: Every image uploaded to a business gallery is analyzed for policy compliance. Photos containing explicit imagery, unconsented private data (PII), copyright infringement, or deceptive advertising will be rejected or suspended.
3. Service Provider Discovery & Listings
Vipralok operates as a privacy-first local discovery, rating, and promotional directory connecting consumers with independent local service providers. Vipralok does not directly provide electrical, plumbing, AC servicing, or salon services. All service agreements are formed independently between providers and customers.
4. Verification Badges & Claims
Providers may claim existing listings and request verification badges (Verified, Prime, Certified). Verification documents submitted during claims are stored in secure restricted storage and undergo manual compliance verification.
5. User Conduct & Community Standards
Users and business owners must not upload content that contains:
- Obscene, offensive, hate speech, or sexually explicit material.
- Unconsented personal information (PII leaks like Aadhaar numbers, SSNs, credit card details).
- False or fraudulent business representation, fake reviews, or spam links.
- Material infringing on third-party trademarks or copyrights.
6. Notice & Takedown Procedure (DMCA / PIPL / GDPR / DPDP)
If you believe content on Vipralok infringes your copyright, trademark, or privacy rights, please submit a formal takedown request to legal@vipralok.com detailing the URL, nature of claim, and proof of ownership. We respond to verified takedown requests within 24 hours.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Vipralok strives for data precision but is not liable for errors in third-party business details, independent service outcomes, or temporary platform unavailability. These terms are governed by applicable regional privacy and digital platform laws.
